Artemis
A new chapter from Kellari Hospitality Group. Artemis draws its spirit from the wild landscapes of Greece — the olive groves, the rocky coastlines, the ancient rhythms of harvest and tide. A restaurant where the land and the sea arrive at the table together, as they always have.
Where the Land Meets the Water
Artemis is named for the goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, and the untamed natural world — a fitting patron for a restaurant rooted in the honest ingredients of the Greek countryside and the bounty of the Aegean.
Every dish will trace its lineage to a specific place: a hillside farm in the Peloponnese, a fishing village on the Cyclades, a vineyard carved into volcanic stone. The menu will change with the seasons, guided by what the earth and sea are offering at their best.
From Kellari Hospitality Group — the team behind Kellari Taverna and Butterflied — Artemis represents a new direction: wilder, more elemental, and deeply personal.
Rooted in the Land
Seasonal vegetables, wild herbs, aged cheeses, and cold-pressed oils sourced from small Greek farms. The kitchen will honor the tradition of the Greek table — simple ingredients, treated with absolute respect.
Drawn from the Water
Whole fish, shellfish, and the treasures of the Aegean — prepared over live fire with the same reverence that defines everything Kellari Hospitality Group puts on a plate.
Ancient Wines, Living Traditions
A wine program built around the indigenous grapes of Greece — Assyrtiko, Xinomavro, Agiorgitiko — alongside natural and amphora-aged wines that carry the memory of the land in every glass.
